Unacceptable practices include, but are not limited to, falsely representing oneself as a non-realtor when adding a realtor to the database, nominating oneself under an assumed identity, encouraging others to comment/vote a certain way, offering incentives or rewards for surveyors to review a realtor favorably, adding ratings by brokerage owners, employees or agents with respect to their own companies. . Besides violating this Hometown Expert LLC policy, such conduct may constitute an actionable legal claim under many states' laws, including those of the State of Washington.
- APPLICABLE LAW. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of the State of Washington.
